The division specializes in building compliant, enterprise-grade digital asset ecosystems that integrate seamlessly with traditional financial systems. Its service offerings include token structuring, Web3 infrastructure solutions, digital asset custody, and blockchain-based payment rails.
Our engagement with Diro Banx’s Digital Assets division focused on providing an end-to-end legal and regulatory framework for the design, issuance, and ongoing management of their proposed digital asset ecosystem. Given the multi-jurisdictional nature of their operations and their intention to launch tokenized financial instruments across different markets, our approach was structured, phased, and compliance-driven.

We classified the token’s legal nature, identified applicable licensing triggers, and recommended refinements to the token’s design, issuance mechanics, and marketing language to avoid unintended securities implications. We also mapped out jurisdictional considerations, cross-border restrictions, KYC/AML obligations, and exchange-readiness requirements, giving the client a practical, end-to-end compliance framework. As a result, Diro Banx was able to proceed with its token launch confidently, backed by a legally sound structure aligned with Web3 regulatory expectations.
